I treat programs like experiments. Not every single exercise chosen is going to be the right one at the right time, but with each one that fails or succeeds my perspective changes. Over the course of many programs both my outlook and the exercise selection gets pruned so that it becomes more and more effective and efficient.
In this post I go over a bit of my thought process. Why certain decisions were made, their basis, and how this progressed over the course of ~9 months to get to where me and my client are today.
